1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All accessories and included items must be returned.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate your request.


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, GARZINNI will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Products returned after the allowed return period


6. Late or Missing Refunds
